Meet Dr Anthony Lim Lead Dentist

Background

Born in Singapore and moving to Adelaide in 2006, Anthony had completed his training in Dentistry at the University of Queensland. After graduating, he has worked mainly in the countryside, working in Bega, Gympie, Dubbo and Kangaroo Island before moving back to Adelaide to be with his family.  

Philosophy

Anthony’s approach to dentistry is built around the belief that patients do best when they understand exactly what is happening. Rather than simply telling a patient what he is about to do, he involves them in the process so patients may feel relaxed in the chair. 

Special Interests

Anthony has a particular interest in surgical dentistry, including tooth extractions, wisdom teeth removal, and dental implants. He looks forward to expanding the implant services available at Strathalbyn Family Dental as the practice grows.

Outside the Practice

Outside of dentistry, Anthony enjoys reading about history, watching anime with his wife, and training in martial arts. He is looking forward to becoming part of the Strathalbyn community.
